We were drawn to Jessica Sanders because she is an Army vet, and my husband is as well, We couldn't have made a better decision. Jessica did an outstanding job assisting us with the purchase of our 1st home. Her expertise/knowledge of home buying made our process a lot less stressful and confusing. Jessica was very involved in all aspects of this process for us even after the closing. She is very friendly, responsive, and patient. I would recommend her to anyone!!!!

Jessica was recommended to us by our daughter who had a great experience buying her house with Jessica's help. We purchased from out of state and Jessica was very helpful and responsive when we had questions. She did two virtual tours using Facetime which was great and our daughter was able to go with her on one of them. Jessica also helped us get the inspections setup, and helped with all the closing steps. We would definitely have her help us if/when we sell or buy another house. It has been a great experience and couldn't have gone any smoother.

Jessica helped my fiancé and I buy our first home! She was an excellent realtor from start to finish! She started by explaining the home buying process in a simple, easy to understand manner, and then she connected us to a great lender so we could get prequalified. During the house hunting process, Jessica was always available to answer any of our questions, and she always made sure to allow us to view all the homes we were interested in on our time. Once we found our favorite home, Jessica carefully walked us through the process of submitting an offer and negotiating with the seller. Once under contract, Jessica guided us through the due diligence period, all the way up until we got our keys after the closing! We can’t thank Jessica enough for her kindness and guidance throughout this process, as we would not have a home if it wasn’t for her! Additionally, Jessica was able to work with Homes for Heroes to allow us to get a rebate on our home purchase since my fiancé is a teacher!
